In accordance with the Colorado public health order, patients are not required to wear a mask if they are fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated you must wear a mask during your appointments.
Please let us know if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive.
Beginning May 1, 2020.
If you have traveled outside of the state or country or you know you have been in contact with an individual who tested positive in the past 14 days, please call the office as soon as possible. 970-225-8081.
Due to the limited availability and extreme costs to acquire PPE gear to protect our patients, ourselves, and our community we have been forced to implement a fee for the high costs our small business is incurring at this time. Each patient will be charged $15.00 in addition to their appointment to help cover a portion of the equipment we are now legally mandated to wear for the prevention of spreading COVID-19.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
If you have elected to receive text messages regarding reminders and instructions for your appointment a link will be given to fill out the wellness form.
